MARION — A marathon quickly turned into a sprint Friday morning when Black Diamond Harley-Davidson Co-Founder Shad Zimbro, BDHD Manager “Angry Tony”, and Rock 105 TAO Program Director Zigz announced the winner of their multi-week “Open for STP: Battle of the Bands” Promotion.

12 finalists were picked from numerous submissions to OpenForSTP.com and scheduled to perform weekly at Black Diamond Harley-Davidson Saturday from May through July. Although the final finalist had to drop out, it didn’t take long for a clear winner to rise to the top spot.

The Josh Holland Band was selected to perform LIVE at Mtn Dew Park in Marion on Friday, September 13, 2024, before Soul Asylum and Stone Temple Pilots.
