BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Forty-three-year-old Ryan P. Nalley is wanted out of Franklin County for Retail Theft. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.

Thirty-four-year-old Shane M. Tate is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of Methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the Thompsonville area.

Thirty-one-year-old Katie R. Headrick is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
